Grace Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • Purchased directly from our Shopify store

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that have been opened or used
